Player registration

To become a UKARA registered airsoft player you are required to take part in three games at the same UKARA registered game site over a minimum of two months, e.g. the third game being 56 days or more after the first. You must be over 18 years of age and be able to provide some form of identification such as Passport, Drivers License or Bank Statement.

New System

There is now the ability to fill out your application online:

Online application form

The above will take you to an online player form which will allow you to apply to the game site you are planning to become a member of.

The game site will receive a copy of your application and the process of registration can then be completed by them and the player at the game site.

There may also be on the games sites own web page a link specifically targeted to an application form.

Once the criteria has been fulfilled you will then be add to the database – this will allow any UKARA retailer to check your eligibility to purchase in compliance with the VCR Act. The system is also monitored by UK Customs.

The "Player" will remain on the Database for a maximum of 12 months and then the registration will require renewal by game site as per the VCR Act regulations. The game site could terminate your membership at any time in which case your registration will lapse and you would need to re-register with an alternate site.

Players can be registered through more than one site, but each registration would be unique.

Old System

Please download and fill in the PDF form at the bottom of the page, and present it to your local game site to have your eligibility and information verified, then the form stamped with the sites UKARA verification stamp.

As soon as its been completed the player should then post it to their preferred UKARA retailer.

Post Script

On either system once you have been registered you should receive an email from the UKARA database when your registration has been successfully entered, (providing you supplied a legible current email address), please allow a period of time for the game site or retailer to process your application form.

If there are any problems your first point of contact should be with the game site you are registering through.

If they cannot help contact UKARA Admin admin@ukara.og.uk
